Master Battery is pleased to offer warranties on most of its products. A battery warranty begins from the date of customer purchase for the specified period. A replacement battery within the warranty period allows the customer to retain the original warranty period, but does not extend the warranty period from the replacement date.

In many cases, Master Battery can evaluate and replace a battery submitted for warranty when the customer returns the battery. In some instances, it may be necessary for us to retain the battery for a 24 hour period in order to properly recharge/test/discharge the battery. In those cases, we will make every effort possible to supply the customer with a substitute battery for use during this evaluation period. We appreciate your patience as we properly service your battery!
